**Return & Refund Policy**

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your MDCAT Chemistry Book purchase.

- **Returns:** Since this is a physical book, returns are only accepted if the book is damaged or defective.
- **Refunds:** If your book arrives damaged, contact us within **3 days** of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will either replace the book or issue a full refund.
- **How to contact us:** Use our WhatsApp or phone number listed on the store for all return requests.

📦 Please note: Books that are used, written in, or damaged by the customer are **not eligible** for a refund.
